Job summary

Publicis Media in Chicago is looking for an Associate to join our Advertising Training Program. You will support the creation, management, and stewardship of client media plans and investments, while gaining hands-on experience on client teams.

The program features 25 classes and a group research project, with mentorship from experienced staff and exposure to day-to-day agency operations and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in consumer behavior and how brands interact with audiences.
• Experience developing and presenting ideas.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in media negotiating and planning activities.
• Assist in creating media plans, decks, and related documents.
• Support campaign management from proposal to end date, including asset production and brand approvals.
• Coordinate with vendors; build relationships.
• Leverage AI tools to improve speed and quality while protecting client data.
