Publicis Groupe’s Publicis Media offers an Associate role through a dedicated Media Training Program. Associates support the creation, management, and stewardship of client media plans and investments, with mentorship and extensive hands-on training.

You'll join client teams across Analytics, Local Buying, Planning, Programmatic, Digital, Search, Content and Social, gaining exposure to real campaigns while learning the latest AI tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• You thrive on a team, meet tight deadlines, and juggle multiple tasks.
• You are comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint for data and presentations.
• You want to work in a world of creativity and understand consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team brainstorms to develop plans and consideration sets.
• Assist in creating media plans, tactical decks, and related documents.
• Meet with vendors to stay on top of marketplace innovations.
• Project manage programs from proposal through end date with specs and assets.
• Generate insertion orders and manage placement and trafficking.
• Assist with post-launch data, reports, and proof of placement.
