Qualifications

• Thrives in a team setting with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint for data and presentations.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Experience in developing and presenting ideas and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in brainstorms to kick off plans and candidate sets.
• Assist negotiations by evaluating RFPs, rates, and program value.
• Create and present media plan documents and decks.
• Maintain vendor relationships and monitor marketplace developments.
• Support program management from proposal to end date with specs and approvals.
• Generate insertion orders, placements, and trafficking details.
• Document post-launch assets and proof of placement for clients.
• Assist in day-to-day client communications with vendors and agencies.
