Job summary

Publicis Media is seeking an Associate for its Training Program in the United States. You will be placed into a 25-class training track supporting client media plans and investments, with mentorship and hands-on project work across Analytics, Local Buying, Planning, Programmatic, Digital, Search, Content and Social.

You will learn media fundamentals, build strong client relationships, and contribute to strategy and execution while developing your own career path within Publicis Groupe.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team brainstorms to kick off plan and consideration set development.
• Assist in negotiations, evaluate RFPs, contracting rates, and increase program value.
• Create and present media plans and tactical decks.
• Meet with vendors to stay on top of marketplace innovations.
• Project manage programs from proposal to end date with specs, asset production, brand approval.
• Own post-campaign reconciliation and billing.
• Manage day-to-day communication with partners: Vendors, Partner Agencies, and Creative media and social clients
