Anheuser-Busch in Medford, Oregon is seeking a Sr. Branch Manager to lead the Sales and Ops team in the Medford territory.

You will own the Sales and Operations strategy, manage field staff including DSMs and sales reps, and drive market share and throughput across distribution channels. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, pricing acumen, and a track record of achieving KPIs in CPG settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field preferred.
• Four+ years of Anheuser-Busch In-Bev experience in Field Sales including leadership.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actions.
• Experience with pricing strategies and sales tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop District Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to achieve KPIs.
• Manage a team of Territory Managers, Sales Representatives, and Drivers.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to reach sales objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in metrics and retail execution.
• Oversee pricing strategy and execution for profitable growth.
