Job summary

Global Medical Response’s Med-Trans helicopter program is hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide EMS air transport. The role requires a rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate, helicopter instrument rating, and a current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.

You will work with a medical team to safely transport patients, ensure aircraft readiness for dispatch, maintain regulatory documentation, and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter Instrument Rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients with a medical team to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches and comply with FAR/Med-Trans requirements and aircraft cleanliness duties.
• Maintain accurate Med-Trans documentation and records.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

We’re hiring a Helicopter Pilott o provide medical air transportation services to Med-Trans customers. Safety is a key pillar of our services.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FARand Med-Trans requirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recordingMed-Trans change boarddetails
• Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training

MinimumRequirements

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate

Preferred Qualifications

• B407 Aircraft Experience
