Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring a high-demand HAA Pilot (Full-Time) to deliver medical air transport for Med-Trans. The role emphasizes safety, aircraft readiness, and strict regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on coordinating with flight crews and medical staff.

Qualified candidates will hold a rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate, instrument rating, and a current FAA Class II Medical Certificate, along with extensive flight hours including night experience.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers with a medical team to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness per manuals and FAR/Med-Trans requirements.
• Maintain Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record-keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift change information to the next pilot and team following protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readinessas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Med-Transrequirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateMed-Trans and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training

MinimumRequirements
