Job summary

Med-Trans is seeking a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transport services. You will work with medical experts to transport customers and ensure readiness, compliance, and clean records for every flight.

The role requires extensive rotorcraft flight hours, instrument rating, and a valid FAA medical certificate. A seven-days-on/seven-days-off schedule supports ongoing training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating and FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours; 1,500 Helicopter Hours; 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours; 500 Turbine Hours.
• 100 Hours Night Unaided or 50 Hours Unaided with 100 Hours Aided.
• 75 Helicopter Instrument Hours with 50 in aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers with a team of medical experts.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch and compliance with FAR/Med-Trans requirements.
• Maintain Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change info following protocol for recording Med-Trans changes.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• $94,084 - $103,493 including 6% Geographic Modifier
• 15K Sign on Bonus, subject to eligibility

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and Med-Trans requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties
• Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details
• Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training

MinimumRequirements

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate

• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
