Job summary

Global Medical Response (Med-Trans) seeks a HAA Pilot for full-time work in the United States. You will transport customers with a medical team, ensure aircraft readiness, and maintain Med-Trans documentation and compliance.

Required: 2,000 total flight hours, rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate, rotorcraft instrument rating, FAA Class II Medical; 1,500 helicopter hours and 1,000 helicopter PIC hours; turbine hours and night/ instrument hour specifics apply. EC135 experience preferred.

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 100 Hours Night Unaided, or 50 Hours Unaided with 100 Hours Aided.
• 75 Helicopter Instrument Hours with 50 in aircraft.
• EC135 Aircraft Experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent or Higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in manuals, including FAR and Med-Trans requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties.
• Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details.
• Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
