Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking an HAA Pilot for a full-time position in Denton, TX. The role involves transporting customers safely with a medical team, ensuring aircraft readiness and compliance with FAR and Med-Trans guidelines.

You will maintain essential flight records and collaborate closely with dispatch and flight crews. Eligible candidates have extensive helicopter experience, rotorcraft FAA Commercial certification, and instrument rating, with a path to ongoing training and

Qualifications

• Must hold a rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• Total flight hours: 2,000+.
• Helicopter hours: 1,500+ including PIC hours.
• Turbine helicopter hours: 500+.
• Night time hours: 100 unaided or 50 unaided with 100 aided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with medical team to safely transport customers to/from locations.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches per manuals and FAR/Med-Trans requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, regulatory, and flight documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change information to the next pilot and team following Med-Trans procedures.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

HAA PILOT Full-Time Opportunity

Incentives

• Salary Range: $102,072 - $112,280 including 15% geo modifier
• 15K Sign on Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention Bonus Plans ($40,000 after 3 years, plus additional retention bonuses once completed)
• 12K Float Stipend
• 50.00/Day Per Diem and paid travel/accommodationswhile on shift

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and Med-Trans requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties
• Maintain accurate MTC and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training
