Job summary

Roland Park Place in Baltimore, MD is seeking a GNA/CMT for full-time or part-time roles across all shifts. The position offers competitive pay with shift differentials and opportunities to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland GNA Certification.
• Current Maryland CMT certification (preferred for medication technician positions).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Administering medications safely and accurately (CMT)
• Monitoring and documenting resident care
• Recording vital signs and reporting changes in condition
• Supporting resident independence while providing compassionate care
• Creating meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Working collaboratively with an exceptional interdisciplinary care team

What You'll Do:

As a GNA/CMT, you'll play an important role in enhancing the lives of our residents by:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Current Maryland GNA Certification
