Job summary

MorningStar Senior Management LLC in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Med Tech for a full-time role in a senior living community. Schedule is Thursday through Monday, 2pm–10pm, with responsibilities including administering medications under physician orders and documenting in residents’ records.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer some health-care exposure, especially in assisted living or memory care.
• Experience administering medication in assisted living settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document prescribed medications per physician orders.
• Order meds to ensure timely availability and notify if delays occur.
• Record medications after administration and maintain accurate medical records.
• Observe and report adverse reactions or changes in resident condition.
• Take vital signs prior to medication administration when required.
• Assist in care planning and ensure resident privacy and comfort.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies; demonstrate core values.
