Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc. is seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech to deliver safe, accurate medication care for residents at our Sunrise community. You will administer meds, document in MAR/TAR in real time, and monitor residents to ensure comfort and safety during and after passes.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, medication administration certification, CPR/First Aid certifications, and strong documentation and communication abilities. Senior care experience is preferred.

• Medication administration experience and certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR in real time.
• Observe residents during and after medication passes.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief.
• Report refusals or concerns promptly.
• Complete narcotic counts per policy.
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms.
• Follow infection control and safety standards.
