Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech to administer medications per physician orders, monitor residents, and maintain safety and documentation in a care setting.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, Medication Administration certification, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication skills; senior care experience is preferred. Sunrise offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Medication Administration certification
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Senior care experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time
• Observe residents during and after medication passes
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief
• Report refusals or concerns promptly
• Complete narcotic counts per policy
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms
• Follow infection control and safety standards
