Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech to administer medications and treatments to residents with care and accuracy. You will follow the Six Rights, document in MAR/TAR in real time, and monitor residents during and after passes to ensure safety and comfort.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, infection control, and teamwork within a senior living environment. CPR/First Aid certifications and a high school diploma are required, with senior care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately in real time.
• Observe residents during and after medication passes; monitor symptoms and relief as ordered.
• Report refusals or concerns promptly; complete narcotic counts per policy.
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms; adhere to infection control standards.
