Job summary

Monarch Communities in Summit, New Jersey, is seeking a Medication Technician to provide warm personal care, assist with ADLs, and engage residents in daily activities. You will help monitor residents and update care plans, while encouraging participation in community programs.

We offer hands-on training, a collaborative team, and room for growth in a supportive senior living environment. Flexible shifts and competitive hourly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RMA or CMA certification preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and reliable caregiver.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care, assistance and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes and update the Resident Care Plan as needed.
• Encourage participation in community programs and activities.

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available for a minimum of 4 shifts per month
• Must be available for at least one weekend shift and one holiday shift per month

Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
