Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Nebraska.
• Active Nebraska Medication Aide certification.
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant course.
• Completion of an approved Medication Aide course.
• BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 45 days of hire.
• Experience with aging adults in skilled nursing or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to guests and residents per policy.
• Observe changes in condition and report to nurse promptly.
• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Record vital signs and document in the EHR.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, meals, and daily living activities.
