Job summary

Qualifications
- Familiar with nursing practices and resident care.
- Experience with seniors, including Alzheimer’s/dementia.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Compassionate and adaptable to duties.
- Ability to stay focused despite interruptions.
- Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to development and implementation of customized service plans.
- Document medications in MAR; record PRN results and misses.
- Respond to family/physician calls and concerns.
- Enhance residents' quality of life through consistent care.
- Collaborate with clinical team to address resident needs.
