- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Contribute to development and implementation of customized service plans
- Administer medications and chart in MAR, document PRN medications and any missed doses
- Answer family and physician calls/concerns as directed
- Assist in daily living activities for residents
- Maintain high quality of life and consistency for residents
- Collaborate with clinical team to address residents' needs promptly
- Promote Cascade Living's mission, values and beliefs
