Cascade Living Group's Heritage Springs community is seeking a Med Tech (Med Aide) to assist residents and administer medications as part of individualized treatment plans. You will communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff to support thriving outcomes.

The role requires NV Medication Certification, flexibility to work evenings/weekends, and contributes to the team delivering compassionate care in assisted living and memory care settings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing practices and methods used in resident care.
• Experience with dementia patients is preferred.
• Able to show reliability and punctuality in shift work.

Responsibilities

• Contribute information for customized service plans.
• Document medications and chart PRN results in MAR.
• Respond to family and physician calls as directed.
• Improve residents' quality of life through consistent care.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address needs promptly.
