Cascade Living Group is hiring a Med Tech (Med Aide) for Mt. Bachelor Assisted Living and Memory Care in Bend, Oregon. You will administer medications, support residents' treatment plans, and communicate with families and physicians to ensure well-being.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing practices for resident care.
• Experience with elderly, including Alzheimer's or dementia.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Compassionate and flexible to perform various duties.
• Ownership attitude and ability to stay focused.
• Effective communicator with residents, families, and staff.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Contribute information vital to development of customized service plans.
• Administer treatment plans and chart medications in MAR; document PRN and missed meds.
• Answer calls/concerns from family and physicians.
• Contribute to quality of life by maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Work with clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
