Royalton Place is seeking a Med Tech (Med Aide) to administer medications and assist residents with their care plans. The role emphasizes communication with families, physicians, and staff to ensure residents thrive.

The position requires evening and weekend availability, with a 2pm-10pm or 10pm-6am shift and a 4-on 2-off rotating schedule in Cascade Living’s Milwaukie area. Competitive wages apply.

Qualifications

• Must have current knowledge of nursing practices and resident care fundamentals.
• Experience working with elderly residents, including those with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality for all shifts.
• Compassionate, adaptable, and able to perform varied duties.
• Strong communication with residents, families, physicians and staff.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute information vital to development and implementation of customized service plans.
• Administer treatment plans and chart medications in MAR; document PRN results and missed meds.
• Respond to calls/concerns from family members and physicians as directed.
• Contribute to a high quality of life for residents by maintaining consistency in care.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
• Support Cascade Living’s mission, values and commitments.
