Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing practices used in resident care.
• Experience with elderly residents, including dementia.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Compassionate individuals with flexibility to perform various duties.
• Ability to stay focused despite interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute information vital to the development and implementation of customized service plans.
• Administration of treatment plans and chart medications in MAR, document PRN meds and missed meds.
• Answer and respond to calls/concerns from family members and physicians as directed.
• Contribute to quality of life by maintaining high care standards and consistency.
• Work with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living.
