Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, operates a network of senior living communities across 11 states, committed to exceptional care and a growth‑minded environment for our team. We are hiring a Med Tech/CMA to provide compassionate medication assistance and daily living support to residents.

You will work as part of a team to ensure safety, dignity, and well‑being, following personalized care plans and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid state medication administration license (CNA/CMA/CMT/QMAP/Certified Caregiver) or meet state requirements for medication administration in assisted living.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Assist in managing medication inventory and coordinate re-orders with pharmacies.
• Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living in a team setting.
• Prioritize independence and provide emotional support with engagement and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
