Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a compassionate Medication Technician (Med Tech/CMA) to support residents with medication administration and daily living activities. You will be part of a caring team dedicated to safety, dignity, and well-being.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a valid medication administration license, and 12 months of clinical med administration experience, with memory care familiarity preferred. Weekend rotation is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state medication administration license or ability to obtain per state rules.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications according to care plan.
• Maintain documentation and report changes in resident status.
• Manage medication inventory and storage; coordinate orders with pharmacies.
• Provide daily living support and compassionate care.
• Promote independence and engagement with residents.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Support open communication among staff, families, and residents.
