Qualifications

• Experience with elderly care, including dementia.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and resident care techniques.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Contribute information vital to development and implementation of customized service plans.
• Administer treatment plans and chart medications in MAR; document PRN meds and missed doses.
• Respond to calls/concerns from family and physicians as directed.
• Improve residents' quality of life through consistent, high-quality care.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to address residents’ needs promptly.
• Promote Cascade Living’s mission, values, and beliefs.
