Cascade Living Group’s Cascades of Stayton is seeking a dedicated Med Tech (Med Aide) to administer medications and assist residents as part of individualized care plans. You will collaborate with the clinical team and communicate with families and physicians to support resident well-being.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of nursing practices applied to resident care.
- Experience with elderly and dementia care.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Compassionate individuals with flexibility.
- Ownership attitude to stay focused despite interruptions.
- Effective communicator with staff, residents and families.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Contribute information vital to development and implementation of customized service plans.
- Administer treatment plans and chart medications in MEDication Administration Record; document PRN medications and missed doses.
- Answer and respond to calls/concerns from family and physicians as directed.
- Contribute to quality of life by maintaining high standards of care and consistency.
- Collaborate with clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
- Promote Cascade Living's mission, values and beliefs.
