Job summary

Meadow Creek Village, a Cascade Living Group community in Oregon, is seeking a Med Tech (Med Aide) to administer medications and assist residents with care plans. You will communicate with families, physicians, and staff to support individualized treatment goals.

Required CPR/First Aid and Food Worker Card, plus flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Competitive wages from $19.50 to $21.50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Experience with elderly residents, including dementia care, is preferred.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and document in Medication Administration Records.
• Contribute to customized service plans and resident care coordination.
• Communicate with residents, families, and physicians about care needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident areas and report changes promptly.
• Support clinical team to address resident needs in a timely manner.
