Job summary

Horizon House in Seattle is looking for a compassionate Medication Technician (Med Tech) to assist residents with medications in our Assisted Living team. In this key role, you’ll ensure the accuracy and safety of all medication systems under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

The ideal candidate will have active WA State Nursing Assistant certification, a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Join us to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents!

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Minimum six months work experience as NAC.
• Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer medications accurately.
• Document medication administration and any side effects.
• Communicate effectively with medical staff and families.
