Qualifications

• Active Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC) or Home Care Aide Certification (HCA).
• Nurse Delegation certificates required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and care.
