Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and write English to communicate with residents and staff.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal directions and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, hygiene, toileting, laundry).
• Maintain open communications across shifts and with nurses to share resident information.
• Pass medications and complete treatments as ordered within scope of practice.
• Assist residents with transportation to meals and related activities.
• Support dietary staff by serving beverages during meals.
• Make beds and change linens to keep resident rooms clean and comfortable.
