Job summary

The Wynwood House seeks a dedicated Medication Technician to support residents in a warm, home-like setting. You will administer medications, monitor health, assist with daily living activities, and provide compassionate, person-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include documenting MAR/eMAR entries, adhering to safety standards, and communicating with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care. Healthcare certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Medication administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor resident health per orders and MAR/eMAR.
• Document medication administration accurately.
• Assist with ADLs and resident care with dignity.
• Communicate with residents, families, healthcare providers.
• Maintain compliance with laws and safety procedures.
