Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of a Medication Administration training program.
• One year of direct care experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare, administer, and document medications per orders.
• Monitor residents for side effects and perform vital sign checks.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR system.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and storage compliance.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff while maintaining confidentiality.
• Collaborate with Wellness Director and care team on resident care plans.
