Qualifications

• Active Missouri certifications: L1MA, CMT, or CNA.
• Heart for helping others and growth in healthcare.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to assist residents with limited mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Administer medications accurately, maintain precise records, and use the Yardi EHR system.
• Work with licensed nursing staff to implement resident care plans and follow protocols.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and build positive relationships with residents and families.
