Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Hershey, PA seeks a Med Tech to provide daily living assistance and support medication administration for residents in a compassionate, compliant manner. The role also supports activity programs and coordinates with the nursing team.

You will maintain EMAR/MAR records, participate in training, and help with admissions and transfers while upholding dignity and confidentiality. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is required, with opportunities for growth in a respected

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing required.
• Medication Aide course completed required.
• Pass medication observations and cart audits annually.
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain within 60 days.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Administer prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Maintain policies and Daily Log, EMAR/MAR documentation.
• Report resident status and incidents to appropriate staff.
• Plan and assist activity programs for residents.
• Assist new residents with move-in and provide emotional support.
• Participate in medication cart audits and trainings.
