Country Meadows is hiring a Med Tech (CMT) in Colorado to manage medications for residents in a home-like setting. This full-time role supports residents' health and well-being while building relationships. Evening and overnight shifts are available with potential pay differentials.

We seek an MD Board of Nursing–licensed CMA in good standing, with direct-care experience preferred. English proficiency, organizational skills, and a dedication to patient confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Medication Technician with the MD Board of Nursing in good standing.
• Prior direct-care experience preferred.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Respect for patient rights and confidentiality.
• Up-to-date medication certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments to residents.
• Engage residents, providing social and emotional support.
• Manage the medication cart and maintain up-to-date supplies.
• Use Point of Service technology to obtain meal orders when needed.
