Fountain View Village by Cogir in Fountain Hills, AZ is seeking a dedicated full-time Medication Technician (Med Tech/CMA) to provide compassionate medication administration and support with daily living activities for our residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state medication administration license or meeting state requirements for medication administration.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medications, including self-administration per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Assist in managing medication inventory and coordinating re-orders with pharmacies.
• Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living.
• Offer emotional support and engagement to promote independence and well-being.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Maintain open communication among healthcare professionals, residents, families, and staff.
