Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid state medication administration license (CNA/CMA/CMT/QMAP) or equivalent state requirements.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications following individual care plans.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Assist with medication inventory, storage, and coordination with pharmacies.
