Cogir USA is hiring Med Techs (CMA) for 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am to support residents in our senior living community in Arizona. You will administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and work as part of a compassionate care team dedicated to safety and comfort.

We value attention to detail, strong communication, teamwork, and empathy. Eligible candidates hold a state-approved medication administration license or meet state requirements, plus First Aid/CPR certification, with weekend

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid state medication administration license or meet state requirements for medication administration.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medications as per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Manage medication inventory and coordinate re-orders with pharmacies.
• Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and maintain open communication with team.
