Job summary

Trinity Health Senior Communities is seeking a part-time CNA to join the CNA Resource Team serving Southeast Michigan. You will provide hands-on personal care, administer medications per protocols, monitor residents, assist with mobility, and maintain careful documentation.

This role offers rotating shifts and the opportunity to work across multiple communities. Ideal candidates hold Michigan CNA certification with at least one year of long-term care experience and medication pass expertise.

Qualifications

• Current State of Michigan CNA certification.
• Minimum one year of CNA experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living.
• Previous medication pass experience is REQUIRED.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel to Trinity Health Senior Communities locations throughout Southeast Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Safely and accurately administer medications according to established protocols.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and restorative care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
