Job summary

Trinity Health Senior Communities in Michigan is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Resource Team across Southeast Michigan. You will provide hands-on personal care and support across multiple communities with flexible scheduling.

You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, and documentation while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care. Travel to different Trinity locations is required.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Minimum one year of CNA experience.
• At least one year of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or skilled rehabilitation facility.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and restorative care.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while supporting residents, families, and team members.
