Job summary

Trinity Health Senior Communities is seeking a State-Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our CNA Resource Team serving Southeast Michigan. This part-time role offers rotating shifts, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to provide medication pass support across multiple senior living communities.

As a clinical resource, you will deliver hands-on care, administer medications per protocols, document changes, and collaborate with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Current State of Michigan CNA certification.
• Minimum one year of CNA experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living.
• Previous medication pass experience required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to Trinity Health Senior Communities locations in Southeast Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Safely and accurately administer medications according to established protocols.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and restorative care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Support residents, families, and team members with professionalism and compassion.
