Job summary

Traditions of Hershey is seeking caring Med Techs full-time/part-time/PRN to join our senior living community in PA. You will administer medications, document treatments, and work closely with caregivers to ensure the highest standard of care for residents.

We value teamwork, compassion, and clear communication in English. Eligibility includes a High School diploma and a Med Tech certification where required by state law; benefits and supportive environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy helping seniors and contribute to a positive community atmosphere.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written.
• Willingness to work every other weekend.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and document resident medications, treatments, and skin care.
• Collaborate with caregivers to provide high-quality resident care.
• Engage daily with residents to improve quality of life.

Job Requirements

• A passion for helping seniors
• A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
• Ability to work every other weekend

Job Responsibilities Include

• Setting up, administering and documenting resident medications, treatments and skin care.
• Working together with the caregivers in order to provide the best possible care for residents.
• Interacting daily with residents in an effort to improve resident quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Able to understand and carry out directions and instructions and maintain simple records.
• Med Tech Certification or License depending on your state requirement.
• Some supervisory experience preferred but not required
