The Birches at New Hope in New Hope, PA is hiring full- and part-time caregivers to join a warm, resident-focused team. No experience required for caregiving roles; on-the-job training provided.

Formación

• A passion for helping seniors
• Desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
• Ability to work every other weekend
• High school diploma or GED, or state equivalent (as applicable)
• Med Tech Certification or Licensure may be required by state
• Some supervisory experience preferred but not required

Responsabilidades

• Setting up, administering and documenting resident medications, treatments and skin care.
• Working together with the caregivers in order to provide the best possible care for residents.
• Interacting daily with residents in an effort to improve resident quality of life.
