Job summary

Crossroads at Bon Air - is seeking a Med Tech to support our senior living community in Richmond, VA. The role involves setting up, administering, and documenting resident medications and treatments, and collaborating with caregivers to provide high-quality resident care.

The position requires a Med Tech Certification or License as per state requirements, and a commitment to maintaining dignity and respect for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to understand and carry out directions and instructions and maintain simple records.
• Med Tech Certification or License depending on your state requirement.
• Some supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, administering and documenting resident medications, treatments and skin care.
• Working together with the caregivers in order to provide the best possible care for residents.
• Interacting daily with residents in an effort to improve resident quality of life.

Job Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
• Ability to work every other weekend
