Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or within 30 days of hire.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered and document completion.
• Review eMAR and ensure timely medication administration.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities per resident plans.
• Respond to resident calls, doors, and safety alarms promptly.
• Observe resident health and report changes to care team.
• Assist with meal setup/cleanup and participate in activities as planned.
