Job summary

Leisure Living - Ludington Woods Assisted Living & Memory Care in Ludington, MI seeks a compassionate resident care aide to ensure comfort, safety and daily living support, including medication administration and person-centered care.

You will work on-site, help with meals and activities, and collaborate with the life enrichment team to enhance residents' well-being. CPR/First Aid eligibility within 30 days is required, with strong communication and teamwork essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office on Windows; able to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per physician orders and document completion.
• Review eMAR each shift to ensure timely administration.
• Review incoming orders for accuracy and update eMAR accordingly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and routine care.
• Respond to call lights and alarms promptly.
• Observe and report changes to Care Coordinator and Director of Resident Care.
• Order/re-order medications to maintain adequate supply.
• Complete daily charting and reporting.
