Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years experience in nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with geriatric population preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to residents, ensuring comfort, dignity and happiness.
• Assist in medication management and monitor health conditions.
• Engage residents and promote social interaction and well-being.
• Work with a dedicated team to support one another.
