Seaton Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver/Medication Technician to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a secure home-like environment. The role includes monitoring health needs, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting medication management under supervision.

Qualifications include PA med tech certification, CNA preferred, HS diploma, and 18+; CPR/First Aid preferred; prior senior care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• PA state-approved med tech certification required.
• Certified Nurse’s Aide preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition.
• Respond to calls promptly and assist with daily living tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in resident areas.
• Assist with medication administration under supervision.
• Document care and medication administration accurately.
• Support residents' independence and dignity.
