Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Roanoke, VA seeks a Med Tech to provide quality care, assist with daily living activities, and support medication administration within state guidelines. You will document in EMAR/MAR and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure resident safety.

The role requires a CNA and Med Tech license in good standing, strong communication, and CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain within 60 days). The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must hold CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• Must pass medication observations and cart audits annually.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with transfers.
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become within 60 days.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living and medication administration.
• Maintain medication cart and complete EMAR/MAR documentation.
• Report incidents and status to HCD and appropriate staff.
• Assist with activity planning and resident move-in support.
• Provide emotional support during move-in transition.
